    Welcome to your personalized yoga journey! Private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Each class is designed around your individual experience level, focusing on breath, alignment, and mindful movement to ensure a safe and supportive experience. This includes options for vinyasa flow, gentle stretch, or chair yoga. Opt for In person or virtual classes to suit your preference.  

    For beginners, I guide you through foundational poses, helping you build confidence and strength. 

    If you’re experienced and wish to work toward a specific peak pose, (arm balances, inversions, backbends, etc) the class will be structured to build up progressively, focusing on the flexibility, strength, and balance required to reach your goals.

  • Empowering Educators: Yoga in Public School Districts and Private Schools

    With over 20 years experience as a special education teacher, I know that when teachers are supported, they are more productive, creative, and effective. 

    Empowering Educators is a special program designed specifically to give back to teachers.  These yoga sessions focus on relaxation, stress reduction, and building strength and flexibility. With an emphasis on mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, these classes seek to empower all teachers to make self care a daily habit in their life. 

    This workplace yoga program partners with public school districts and private schools, offering on-site yoga classes at school, virtual sessions, workshops, and/or retreats designed specifically for teachers, creating a convenient and supportive environment for their self-care needs.
