    This rejuvenating yoga workshop is focused on somatic movement, designed to help you relax and release tension.

    Through guided breathwork, slow, flowing postures, and deep body awareness, you'll explore how to release stored stress and tension, creating space for ease and relaxation.

    This practice is perfect for anyone looking to connect more deeply with their body, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being.

    We’ll conclude the practice with a soothing sound bath featuring healing tones from crystal singing bowls.

  • Beginner Yoga: 6 Part Series

    Build confidence to practice yoga in a class setting and develop mindfulness on and off the mat!

    This 6-part beginner yoga series is designed to introduce the absolute beginner to the foundational elements of yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and yoga philosophy.

    Each session builds on the previous one, creating a progressive learning experience that will leave you feeling confident and prepared to enter a level one vinyasa yoga class. 

    Topics include: history and philosophy of yoga, awareness of alignment, balance, and breath, foundational poses, and breath work for balancing energy and calming the mind.

  • Invert: Mastering Headstand

    Take your yoga practice to new heights!

    This workshop is designed for all levels, from beginners eager to conquer their first headstand to seasoned practitioners looking to refine their technique.

    In this workshop, you'll learn the fundamental principles of alignment, balance, and strength necessary for a safe and stable headstand.

    You will be guided through a core-strengthening flow before breaking down Sirsasana A (bound headstand) and Sirsasana B (tripod headstand) and other variations, including floating and piking the legs up, asymmetric base, and crow-tripod transition.  

    Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore new possibilities on the mat and leave feeling empowered, focused, and inspired.
